Returns & Refunds Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Custom & Personalized Items
Because each item is made specifically for you, all custom and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
This includes:
- Photo T-shirts
- Personalized designs
- Made-to-order items
However, if there is an issue with your order (see below), we’ll absolutely make it right.
Damages, Errors & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong size/design/item)
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@mutemenot.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We’ll review and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
Returns (Non-Custom Items Only)
For non-personalized items, to be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unworn, unused, with tags
- In original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
To start a return, contact us at help@mutemenot.com.
If approved:
- You’ll receive instructions
- Return shipping label (if applicable)
⚠️ Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may:
- Return the item
- Place a new order
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You’ll be notified of approval
- If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

EU Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days.
⚠️ However, this does not apply to personalized/custom-made items, as per EU consumer law.
